i spent a lot of time in my early childhood around pizza.
in small-town Western Kansas, my grandparents owned a farm, auction/real estate business, restaurant, and my favorite: a pizza place.
some mornings, I’d get to play with the dough and throughout the day, I’d make my way over to the coin-operated games.
so, as part of the Piertree brand, I plan to launch a low-cost pizza cart and learn how to develop my own style of pizza - just like my grandparents did with a brick & mortar business.
Estimated timeline? Maybe mid-2025 🤷🏻♂️
